As per online status, RFE was generated on 9/12/2003. However neither me nor my lawyear received the actual letter yet ? Any idea how much time it may take to show up in our mail ?

They may not have mailed it till Monday. Give them at least a week - wait till Monday
 
You will get it soon

It takes 5-8 business days to get the letter. Max is 8 days. Before that no need to worry. If it pass 8 business days then it is a matter of concern. Also if you are in DC or East coast affected by Isabel - then add two to three more days. Those are close for the hurricane recovery.

my online msg said mailed on 11th of september ...
my lawyer faxed me yesterday morning, they must have got it
on 17th (I would guess).
You would hear from u'r Lawyer on Monday

My RFE was genrated on June 3rd and my attorney received it on June 27th.

I got it.

My lawyear's office faxed it this morning. RFE is for employment and BC.

time to respond to a RFE

How long do we have to respond to a RFE? it is 30 days or 45 days...
