My attorney called me yesterday and told that INS has issued RFE . I don’t know what else they want from me. Do you have any idea how much time it take to receive it.

two weeks in my case

I received mine in two weeks. I do not understand why it took two weeks to mail a letter, but that\'s INS... Sigh...

you must reply within 60 sixty days of the RFE being isued otherwise your application may be considered as abandoned

I asked you the same question in "RFE Time" discussion thread. You said you received an RFE for paysubs/tax returns to prove your dependants.

What do you mean by "prove your dependants" by showing paystubs?

How many paystubs did they ask you for? Why did you receive an RFE - I mean isn\'t your case straight-forward?

prove dependants

prove dependants by decductions on the paystub. It is a straight forward case but they needed to review paystubs for the past 2 months to make sure that my status had not changed. i.e. I was still married. Hopefully, the I-485 will be approved soon.
