From the Rupnet calculations around 20% will get RFE's. Most of the RFE's will be in the final stage(I-485). I got my RFE 3 weeks before the approval. It's for Employment verification.

Last 3 Months Paystubs.
Last 2 years W2/1099/with all Schedules.
Letter from current Employer stating the Duties, Salary, Date of Hire and Prospects of continued employment.

I have also received an RFE (April'30), but don't know the
details yet. How long does it take for the lawyer to receive
the RFE from BCIS? Also, Can we call IIO to get the details of
RFE?

Usually within 4 business days the lawyer will receive it. Don't waste your Time by calling IIO, they also don't know. I did the same thing. But they said what we hear from the Recoded Message. Call your Lawyer, they might received it today.

Mostly 90% of the RFE's are employment based.

What happens if changing jobs when RFE is issued? Which company issues letter, original sponsoring or new one?
