Hi I got RFE for W2 and tax return.Can someone tell me We have to send only Fed Tax return or both state and Fed.
I took my 1040 from local IRS office.Is that fine.

I think, it may be better to send Fed and State Tax details.
1040 seems to have both information, right?
Did they ask only for last year or for all previous years? Hope your lawyer would have got the RFE - always better to discuss with them.
Didn't they ask for Employment verification letter?
Could you please provide WAC #?

My WAC is 01-284-xxxxx.Also they asked for EVL.

do you know when your AVM changed to RFE

I am WAC 02 050 xxxx, my AVM changed on 08/08 to RFE, my attorney has not yet received the RFE, when did your AVM change.

Probably my RFE will be similar to yours

AVM changed on 29th June and my lawyer got paper on 24th June.
Mine is EB3 .
