i\'ve got a RFE from NSC asking for copies of pretty much everything including I94, EADs, birth certificate,
passport,visa etc. it\'s as if they lost my file! obviously I had already sent them all this info. has anybody else
gotten a similar RFE? please advise...
RD/ND dec 99.

PS: what is with NSC & RFEs?

Can you post your details, please? Like, RD, ND, FP, EB, PD.

Did you submit all I94s, EADs, and such and such with Yellow Form while doing your FP?

did submit EADs with yellow form but I dont think I submitted I94 copies then. I94 copies were
sent with the 485 app though.
EB2, India, pd 11/97, rd/nd 12/99, fp 12/00

Did you ever go out of country after FP? Or ever applied Advanced Parole after filing I485?
Maybe that\'s the reason why NSC wanted to see if you are in status.
Don\'t worry, just submit all required doc. ASAP.
