I just received an e-mail from the USCIS about issuing the RFE for my case.

it would be my guess but it could be either about my Birth certificate or TB Skin test.

If it about TB skin test then I am not worried I will do it again. I had documented +ve skin test history do didn’t do the skin test. But I guess I should have done it anyway.

But I believe it should be about my birth certificate. I have a birth certificate that is late registered at the birth register office (in 2003).
Since I had an idea, i have already asked for affidavits in support of my late registered birth certificate. I have received one affidavit from my mom and dad each and one from my uncle.

I have school/college certificate that has my name and date of birth and my father name.

What other documents should I try to get for my birth certificate? I am really nervous and worried.

Please tell me that it will be fine. I really am worried.

I just got RFE email too. Don't know yet what it can be for me as I did everything by the book. The good thing is that they are working on our cases now.
 
That's good news, MDwatch. Which country are you from? Is your case affected by retrogression now?

I went to an Infopass appointment today. And the officer claimed that he didn't have access to any in-house information. All he could tell was that my case was pending, as helpful as a piece of rock. And all the attitude he's got...

My PD is in 2004, a few months away from the PD in March. Anybody has given a thought about how April bulletin is going to look like? Would the cases approval made possible by the memo cause huge retrogression in April or even in the middle of the March? I feel quite down today, pals... This is one of those moments I don't know how much longer I can go on like this...

What if...

...there is no other way to "mark" the progress of cases where the card is being issued based on the memo, so they simply put up this standard RFE LUD??? Remember, this is bureaucracy, and even the e-mail format is very hard to change..

Just a thought because so many of us got the same e-mail around the same time on the same day....could it really be that we all missed something???

possibly right genemaster. Let's wait and see what comes in the mail. It takes about a week to get the letter.
 
That's my point MD,

...maybe we WILL NOT receive that letter but the CARD ITSELF, since it is a conditional approval depending on our pending NC's....

Anyhow, our RD's are within a moth and I am from a "popular" little place just some 800 miles to the South-East of your country so, bon chance to us all!!!

No LUD since my FP last year and my change of address. Got the RFE email at 10:30PM EST yesterday.
 
everything matches!!!

...my e-mail was time stamped at 10:15 pm EST last night!!!

BATCH PROCESSING...HERE WE GO!!!!

No LUD since my FP last year (6/20/07). Got the RFE email last night at 10:15PM EST.

Some advice please.
