I got an RFE notice for my TB skin test but not my spouse. Does that mean my spouse's background check is still pending? Because the doctor did not ask both of us to do TB skin test. Also, my FP print is expired but I have not received any second FP notice. Does second FP usually come after RFE reponse at NSC?

TB skin test

I received a RFE for TB skin test as my physician had only done chest x-ray. This was in april and I have already replied within couple of weeks. I don't think that RFE has anything to do with namecheck, as I have not had any update in my case since then. My case status says that it takes about 60 days for them to give any kind of response if fingerprint processing is done!
I am going to wait for 60 days, which will be by end of june and then contact congressman.
Anyway, good luck to you and hopefully you will have some good news pretty soon.
