Hello,
my H1 was filed in July'05 & it shows that they have sent a RFE to my employer in DEc'05 which my employer is yet to get.The number starts with EAC ....so I guess it was filed in Vermont.Usually how long it takes to get H1.....Is it possible to get it this yr......... :eek:
 
pl reply...does it usually happen that the result gets delayed by so many months..................

hi....it is best to go for a PREMIUM PROCESSING now....please do that...I understand your pain....don't worry things will be alright, just go for premium...1000 dollars is worth...
