i just got a e-mail that shows i have a rfe.
i do not know what that is yet.
however. first thing comes to my mind is evl that has information with
paystubs, w2, etc.

what i makes me worry is my payroll is substantionly lower (23k) than actual
payroll (48k) in I-140 now because job situation got bad from last year.

what do you think gurus? :confused: :confused:
 
Don't worry too much until you hold RFE at hand, it's still encouraging to notice that your case is being touched.
Good luck. I believe you will be OK and approved soon.
 
My attorney (actually the legal staff who work there) was telling me that more salary is not a problem but lower salary could be.

Your situation may be different than mine so act accordingly. I just wanted o let you know other's opinon.
