How are you?

Both my wife and I received a REQUEST-FOR-EVIDENCE letter from
USCIS. I attached the major part of mine to you. There are
altogether four questions. The first question is

1. Since your last admission into US prior to the filing of your I-485, was in F-1 status, you must comply with the following:

Please submit documentary evidence of your nonimmigrant status, in addition to evidence of any employment authorization issued to you since your 2/4/99 admission to US.

Such evidence should include, but is not limited to, the following items:

¡¤ Copies of your form I-94 Arrival/Entry Document (front and back);
¡¤ Copies of both sides of all Forms I-20A-B/I-D
¡¤ Copies of all Form I-797;
¡¤ Copies of the Personal Identification Pages and US visa Pages in your passport;
¡¤ Copies of pages of your passport which show U.S. admission stamps or endorsements;

Anyone has similar questions like this? What is I-20A-B? I just have I-20 I-D
What is form I-797?
The other questions are all about enployment. SInce I still stick to the original employer, it is easy for me to reply to.

My RD is December 2002.

Thanks in advance.

details

Thanks for your guys's replies.
my detailed info:
My catrgory is outstanding professor and researcher sponsored by my University
RD: Dec. 2002
FP: May, 2003
First EAD: July, 2003
Second EAD: pending
AP: July, 2003
Status: AOS

Luckily, I kept all the I-797 forms.

How long will it usually take for USCIS to approve cases from the date when they receive reply to RFE to the date when they approve them?

lixiaohui,
your statement:
Luckily, I kept all the I-797 forms.
This is your life in US. you should preserve them until you get your GC at least.

If you have travelled outside US, each time you enter, u get a new I-94 number. If you have extended your H/L visa, the 797 form will have the last I-94 number.
