my rfe is for providing 3 years of Audited financial statements alongwith other regular stuffs like W2 etc..

my ac21 employer is a startup and they have only 2 years of Financial statements.

can anyone give me some light how to handle this situation.

Talk to your attorney. 2 years of Financial Statements should be sufficient. All the INS needs to know that whether your employer will be able to pay you or not.

Please make it a point to include your WAC # also.
