Hello Everyone.

I am new to this forum. I have a question.

My I-485 details are


Vermont center

RD :- 02/28/2002

FP1 :- may'02

FP2 :- Sept'2003

RFE :- Feb'42004

I have got a RFE for wrong Medical. INS asked me to resumit I-693 form , last year tax returns, Employement eligibility.

In RFE they said, after submitting the response if I do not hear anything from INS within 14 days then call them.

Response was submitted on 02/13/2004 and case status online on Intenet confirms that they have recieved the response. But there is a message with it that concerns me most and that is "It may take 365 - 567 days to process such type of a case."

I am going NUTS !!! Has any one of you had similar experiance ??

This is normal message, do not pay attention to this !!

Just check the Vermont I485 processing time and if this moves ahead of yours then try to expediate by contacting congreeman/ senator !!
