My wife and I received RFE on our 485 today, requesting us to respond to the RFE within 4 weeks. The letter mentions that we should attach the attached "Gold Sheet" with the response. However, there is no gold/orange/pink sheet that we can find with our RFE. Is it okay to respond to the RFE without the "Gold Sheet"?

2 Out side the envelope write in big bold letters: RFE response for pending I-485 Receipt #
** send it with certified return reciept
