RFE was mailed yesterday

I jusr called to VSC. The IIO says that RFE was mailed to my attorney yesterday.I called VSC on 07/03/2001. They said to me at that point RFE is generated on 26th of june but not yet typed and mailed.

I also asked about my amended I140 (filed on 05/08/2001). She refused to give me any kind of information either application is in the syatem or not.

She was also not able to tell me anything what is in RFE?

My rfe was generated on 27th. I got conflicting reports of whether it has been mailed or not. But I guess it was not mailed. Hope since yours was mailed mine would also be in that boat (If god wishes).

I checked avm just now but same old crap.

Has your AVM got updated yet?
Check with LD. Since VSC mailed your rfe on 9th, I guess today your rfe will reach LD.

Please post when you get your updated details as I am in the similar boat.

My RFE was generated on 26th June and I called IGATE\'s LD and they told me they have not received any thing yet and usually takes more time (due to holiday etc). And also she (LD personel) told me that most of the time it is for Employment letter and in that case they do not inform their employees !!.

Called IIO this afternoon and my RFE has been mailed out today. I posted the info under the "GC = 9" thread too. Good Luck everyone. We are all getting closer to the finishing line.
