I guess this is a good thing since somebody at CIS was reviewing my case. I did my 2nd FP on Dec 2003. The online status was never updated until this RFE message on Mar 25, 2004.
 
Can you please give more details like ND/RD. My Brother's ND is 01/18/2002 and he is kind of worried.

I don't know about the details of the RFE. As long as this can be handled by the lawyer, i.e. they don't need additional info directly from me, I will let them do this.

First FP May 2002, second FP Dec 2003. As I said in my initial posting, CIS never updated the online status after the 2nd FP. However, the FBI confirmed that they did receive the 2nd FP and sent the review results back to CIS within 4 hours.
