Is this the first RFE your recd? Try to reply back immediately, and just hope that INS approves ur application before your FP gets expired.
 
This is the first RFE. I sent all the required documents to the f#$ed up lawyer. They are waiting for the perfect moment to submit to BCIS. Needless to say, Lawyers suck!
 
I would like to know what is the perfect moment, is there any special day or time ?

Try to pressurize your lawyer into filing the reply soon! Like PCee posted in some earlier thread, the earlier you file it the better. Your file sits on the IIO's desk only for a specific time after which it is thrown into the dungeon again, that will cause further delays. Get on the phone and beg your lawyer to do what he is paid to do.
