Hello Gurus,
Received an RFE on a H1-b (new) --Premium Processing, Lawyer says he mailed the RFE last week, the status on the USCIS site still shows nothing , it says the same old message of sending a mail for RFE.
Does any one help me.

Confirm whether your attorney has sent the response to RFE. It usually takes 2 weeks to update the INS system

I have a question , Does The 15 day Clock start once they update the system , i Mean from the day they update the system or the day they receive the RFE fro attorney
