Some say Intent to deny is same as RFE but it is not actually,
A RFE is sent, if the person detail(s) are not sufficent enough to process further.
An Intent to deny is sent, if there seems to be a fraudlent/improper details provided by the applicant. So One will be given a time frame to prove it is not so.
