OutOfTime please update my Info. RFE Received on Nov 19th, replied on Nov 21st. AVM not updated yet. RFE was for 3 months paystubs and new employment letter.

Now the wait continues for the final approval.

I talked to IIO 3 weeks back, she told 4-6 weeks.
I am going to try talking to IIO again this week or next week

Hi Yeswanth01 I saw you got an RFE and changed the job using AC21. I am in a similar situation. Can you send me a copy of the Employment letter details please. I appreciate your help.

Finally my attorney has sent the reply to the RFE on 11/29. Now have to see when the AVM is updated acknowledging the reply receipt.

Hi all,

Please share your info if you happened to know (or guess) why you got RFE... Some people said that if you apply for CP while filing I-140, chances are you will get a RFE for pay stubs or W-2... I did indicate for CP when filing my I-140 but have to do AOS cause I got married. Now I start worrying about the chance to get RFE...

Please help if you have any hint. TIA.
