I received RFE (ability to pay, & clarification of work experience) on my EB-2 I-140 on Sept 23, my lawyer sent the response on Oct 22, & I-140 was approved on Nov 2. Concurrently filed I-485s (myself & my wife) were also approved on the same day.
 
We replied to I-140 RFE (Diploma, proof of employment, ability to pay) on Oct 25,
Our I-485 (and I guess I-140 too) were approved on Nov 05, 2004
 
Hi everyone,
I received RFE in the beginning of Sep. and replied on Sep.30, but I didn't get any updates so far. The only thing of my I140 LUD changed on 10/31,11/1.
Is anyone in the same situation as mine?

I am not pretty sure Can I send the fax inquire to CSC?
Can I send this fax inquire by myself without atterney ( since my ex-atterney is working for my ex-employer,so he won't help me out)???

Is this the sign that my I140 has denied already? I read a lot of post that even I140 get denied, and online status won't change.... so frustrated like this.
