My RFE reply was sent on 3/11 and AVM update on 3/13. Hope will take the same amount of time it took for you although, so far, nothing went right.

Enjoy a your life with one less thing to worry about.

Skin & X-ray tested +ve

Hi bigmountain,

I am having the exact same problem.My doctor has suggested 9 months treatment although he says it is inactive.

I haven\'t yet gone to INS certified doctor.

My question is do I need to wait to file I-485 or I can file it with
current medical condition and later respond to RFE after I complete the medication.

What did you do?

Medical Skin Test turns +ive

My medical Skin test for TB turned +ive and i have to appear for the chest x-ray. My question is if the x-ray turns +ive too then can i still apply for my I485 or do i have to wait till the 9 months treatment is completed. any help on this subject will be appreciated.. thanks.
 
RFE on AP? Not received any notice yet?

When I checked the AVM for my wife I131 (ADVANCE PAROLE)it says, "On march 15 a notice has been sent requesting additional info/extra evidence on this case". But it is almost two weeks, my attorney did not recieve any notice on this case. any body knows how long it is taking to get RFE notice to attorney?.

I rcvd Rfv reg: w2 ,s last three pay stubs .
My current salary is lesser than salary mentioned on LC and I140.
Is it a problem ?
