RFE taking too long.. Should I worry about it?

Hi guys,

I got an RFE on July 19th and sent the response on July 24th. It has been a month since I sent it. No response from INS yet. My RD of I 485 is Aug 10, 2001. The RFE was about 3 paystubs and W-2.
 
Welcome to the real world.
I'm not kidding - I responded to my RFE back in April.....
However, I do hope you don't have to wait as long as I have been waiting... Good Luck!
 
Did you check your status?

Did they transfer your case to local INS? I am worried about case. If they transfer it to local INS then I will have to wait for another year.
