RFE takes 3 weeks to be sent out?

Hello, it is incredible. Few minutes ago, the IIO said an RFE has been generated, but it will take 3 weeks just to be sent out. And he could not figure out what the RFE is about. And this is after two and a half months waiting after the case was assigned to an officer. And my ND is Sept 99 while VSC is already moving up to Oct. 99 now. This is so frustrating. Any fellow waiters on this site are in the same boat? can we share each other some information/experiences that how we may response and speed up this process? How we may fingure out what the RFE is? how....
Any comments will help alleviate the pain!

same here, i\'m nd oct 99, iio said they had an rfe but didnt know for what. also said it wud take 2-3 weeks to receive the rfe because they even have a backlog to mail these rfe\'s!! even mailing a letter takes almost a month!

did they tell you when the RFE was issued and has the AVM changed. My
AVM says the RFe was issued on Jan19th but I have not yet got it.

Did you get the RFe. For me the RFe has been generated on 19th Jan but I have not received it till date
