RFE submission question

I am ready to send my RFE for I-140 (NIW) but I was not given any return envelop along with the RFE letter. I am sending it in a regular envelop...will that be ok.

Plsease suggest. Thanks

My RFE was regarding independent letters and additional documents showing my work to be of widely-known (Citations). It is from VSC. Please answer as to what I should do..abt RFE submission.

I am surprised they didn't send you!
you can send in yoru envelop with proper subject on top of envlope.
try calling customer service and ask this query to reconfirm

I was waiting for your reply...Yes I am thinking of calling VSC about it. I will then go ahead and send the RFE docs.
 
Reference in book Chapter

My research work has been recently referred (cited) in a text book chapter, besides 20+ research papers. My question is, will a book chapter have more (or less) weightage or is it considered one more citation ? I am in the final leg of collecting evidence for my RFE, for independent letters and citations and any feedback is welcome.

For some reason citations in book is considered as important.....amg non scientific people. if you think its important chapter for your research community..why don't you try to get letter from author......this letter need not have to be tipical NIW letters...instead just brief description about your work and importance...In addition to that try .........letters from all other citers......asking what they think about your papers ....this collective citation story can be became 3-4 page long ......(even emails can attest the importance)
