My case was issued an RFE on 4/7. BCIS screwed up and sent it to a wrong address. Don't know how they get that address in the first place cos my address in their system is correct . I called BCIS and the IIO said they need to pull my file back and do a resend. This will take couple weeks    . Does anyone have similar experience? Is it really gonna take that long?

What do think sir

The BCIS staff will be waiting at the door for your reply mail :D:D
to process on the spot at the threshold and rush back UR approval .............>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hey RD1001...Usually RFE's go to lawyer, and only approvals are sent to us. I am not sure, why BCIS sent " YOU " the RFE.
Just doublecheck things.

if you are represented by your attorney, the RFE goes to the lawyer. if you file your own 485, then the RFE is sent to you.

Actually the approval letter was send to both the lawyer (formal copy) and the petitioner(courtesy copy). The plastic card was send only to the petitioner.
