RFE sent to who?

Does RFE's sent to attorney or to applicant?

Also does the approval notice sent to attorney or applicant?

Reason for my question is that we just moved to a new address and noticed online that a RFE is sent. Do I have to notify the change of address at this point.

Please help.
 
I haven't received any 485 RFE, but I believe Ur Attorney gets RFE.

keep in touch with ur attorney.


Also did u file AR-11 to let INS know that u moved?

and plus also send Texas Center in written that u moved with copy of 485 receipt to update ur file.

That would be good to call 1800 anc update and later call again and ask them to send u confirmation letter.


I never moved all I learned from different thread.

if someone got expereince pls share ur exp.

RFE was sent to your attorney, and approval notice will be sent to your attorney too, but you will get a courtesy copy and with that you can do stamping.

good luck man, you will get approved soon. please post what your RFE about.
 
don't know what the rfe is about.
online message says that rfe has been sent on feb 24th.....
will post as soon as i know the details...
