RFE Sent. Message did not change. anybody in similar situation?

I sent my RFE around 3 weeks back. The automatic message still says that RFE has been sent in June..... I am thinking of calling and talking with IIO. Is there anybody in similar situation who has sent RFE and the message still has not changed? If anybody has got approval, how long did it take and did the message change ultimately?

I sent all the documents for RFE on 7/24/00. They received after 4 days. The automatic message never changed to RFE sent...it is the same old message "This type of case takes 90 to 180 days....". When I called the IIO on August 3rd, they told they just entered the RFE receving details in the system. When I checked the message next day it is updated.

So, Call the INS and talk to IIO ASAP.
