Can we have a list of people who have sent there RFE but the AVM has not updated yet.
My details:

RFE Recvd : 04/25/01
RFE Replied : 05/03/01
AVM not updated yet.....

Don\'t panic too much, my case on AVM never updated the rcvd date and went directly to approval. Good luck, and your day will come soon!!

Joesel, How long after you sent the RFE was the case approved

8 days; but heard from the lawyer mine is "pre-approved" case. That means once INS get the RFE, my case should be approved in no time.
