Today, we called INS and came to know that RFE has been sent on April 16th(Don\'t know the details yet) . Lawyer hasn\'t received the RFE yet.

Its seems that these days getting rfe is better than getting no response(obviously approval is beter). However CSC seems to approve rfe cases within 2-3 weeks of getting the response. - Morpheous
