RFE response time and VSC

I'm switching from F1 to H1B. My lawyer responded to the RFE in Dec and it was received by VSC on 15th Dec, 2003. My case is still
under process (according their online tracker) as of Jan 21, 2004.
Are there anyone with similar situation? Any idea how long it is taking these days? Thanks.

Well, my situation is the same, they got my respond to their RFE on Dec,17th-still waiting. I called them, they said between 30 and 60 days, but then again that's the INS, who knows?

Well, when I called them, they didn't even want to talk to me since I'm the beneficiary and asked me to have my petitioner call them..Anyway, if they mentioned 30 to 60 to you, I guess we don't have to worry much at this point cuz you'll have to consider 7/8 days holiday period during xmas.

hey any of you got your approvals, am waitng for wifes H4, RFE replied and received by BCIS on 20JAN
