RFE response sent, now the wait. How long?

Hi everyone. Is been very quiet around here. I finally sent my RFE response on thursday the 25. So far no news, no change or RFE recived email or anything.
Just waitin, any ideas how long do they take??
My case is PP .

Thanx for your good wishes! The fact that I havent got the e-mail of" Rfe recvied" is making me anxious, but I just have to be patient.

I think you get update tomorrow or the latest wednesday. You may wait for the approval for another few days.

I-140 OR after RFE approved in NSC!- PP

Hello Tipotodo,

I just checked the online status of my I-140 OR. It was approved today. I haven't got notice from my lawyer yet. Hopefully this is true.

I am working in a compamy starting last October. My company got the lawyer for me even before I joined the company. We filed the petition on October 26, 2006. The USCIS got my petition on October 30, 2006. We used the premium processing, filed I-140, I-485, EAD and AP all together. Then I got the RFE on Novermber 7, 2006. The deadline for the RFE response is January 30, 2007. My lawyer helped me prepared the RFE response and we submitted the RFE reponse on January 23 with USPS express mail. USCIS received it on January 24 and the last updated date is January 25. Then nothing changed. Today I got the approval notice from my online account.

You guys are lucky

Until today, we still have not received the RFE. Tried everything. Called, mailed and requesting US Congressional enquiry. Any pointers guy???

Hey first of all CONGRATS on your approval, second thank you so much for your info, I am still a little bit wierd out about no LUD nothing at all not even RFE recived nothin..so we shall see...maybe tomorrow...

My lawyer said were probably going to hear something by the of next week..mmmmm waiting is the hardest thing...

6 days since my RFE response got sent and yet nothing, no email, no lud nothing...

every day LUD-what it means

i am finding LUD for the last three days continuously after sending my RFE in the second week of December. my case is EB1OR, and is not pp.

EB1OR (i-140 and 485): VSC sep 2005
EAD and AP: novem 2005
case transferred to NSC: may 2006 (both 140 and 485)
RFE on I-140: nov 2006
RFE replied: december 10th 2006
LUD: 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st January

Might be high time for NSC to adjudicate your case. Its more than a year your case is pending. Most likely you might get the approval soon. Good luck

I think you will see the update soon along with the approval,I know the tension build up and how anxious, every day.
your case is not so complicated, so you should get the approval soon.

I just go the email saying they got my Rfe Respone.....
so the deadline is closer....
