After a day they received the response , they have updated the status .

Now God knows when will they approve my application.

Sure looks like you're case is close to approval.

We had an RFE & we responded on Oct-8th...no updates since then...no LUDs...kindof getting concerned.
When I called, I was told it's not even 1 month since we responded...I was merely asking for a confirmation that they have recd. the response for the RFE...will call again after Nov-8th.

Just to let you know, the email updates are not being sent. Please check the website as well atleast once a day. :eek:

I dont know if I am correct.... do you think sending the RFE response to dallas tx address would work?

I have stuck on NC, now waiting for what.......:confused: Also no LUD in I-485 case after SP received RN for I-765 two days ago!!!

Hi Jesus,

When did you in your RFE response? Did you send it in by mail or fax? (I am guessing mail since it was medical)

My lawyer send in the response some time around 10/25, but I still have not got an update online.

I got exact same response on my online status after they recieved my documents a few days back but my PD is not current yet, but yours is, so it seems you are almost there.
