RFE Response received TODAY !!!

My RFE response was recived by INS today. Just crossing my fingers as it was an AC21 case. Probably they will transfer my case as it has been the practice. RFE was for the employment letter and Biographic info. Unfortunately I switched jobs a week before the RFE. My info is same as Yak&Yeti.

Hi Did you provide the letter from the new employer or from the old one. Man I switched job 45 days ago and got the the RFE (don\'t know the content) man you beat me. All the best.

PS: I talked to the Lawyer, he is comfortable with this scenario. He said it should be a piece of cake.
 
Yes I got the letter from new employer

I saw this type of cases (some) are transferred to the local INS. That is the worst case scenario. If not, hey I should see my approval in about 2 weeks max. Let us see what happens.
