No. REF was issued to my wife\'s medical. When checked her EAC# it says "Received REF on Sep 20, 2001 it will take 540 days to process this kind of case".
Do not worry about the AVM messages at VSC. These messages are totally misleading. Hopefully, we gonna get some decision by next week. Because, I see a lot of approval for REF\'s on 10/17 and 10/18.
