RFE reply?

Hi,
How many days we get to reply for RFE. I am asking this becase my 2nd fingerprinting is due on 5/6/2004. After that I am going our of country from 4th June'2004 to 29th June'2004. What if i get RFE in this period? Please advice

In my case I got an RFE issued on 04/02/2004 and they gave upto June 25th to reply. Hope this helps

Usually you have about 60 days to respond to an RFE and in some cases 90 even.

With the dates you've provided for your travel, I think you should be fine.
