Reply to AOS/CP and RFE query

I had applied for AOS but due to the ambiguity in the earler form it was sent for CP.I understand this happend for lots of applicants. Since my case was in EB1 i.e priority date as current, within no time the file reached Bombay Consulate. When I came to know about that I worte to Bombay (who replied not to move the Files without INS instruction) and talked to IIO to get back the file. It eventually came back for AOS processing in a couple of months. I understand, it is routine and so far, for all such cases there had not been any problems. Suggest look into the forum.

Regarding my RFE: it was for 1. Employment Verfification 2. Last two years Tax Return & W2 copies 3. Last two months salary slips
