After more than 360 days I recieved an RFE yesterday.

RFE - Oct 1st 03

I just checked the online status to find an RFE has been issued in my case today. Will keep the forum updated when I know more details.

Sorry to hear that. On the other hand, it could be a good sign too. Aprroval is good, RFE is not bad either - much better than indefinite waiting.

I am a EB2 with Dec RD / Jan ND. No sight yet.
