RFE recieved !!! Please advise

Hi all,
        I recieved an RFE from VSC ( 1999 Tax returns and updated job desc) ... but what i am surprised about is that my PD is 12/98, EB3 India ND 9/99 and FP 8/00. How is VSC processing cases? Should I be worried since I saw other EB3\'s getting rejected as PD was not current ..Any input will be appreciated

Nothing to worry about... just respond to RFE as required. VSC will process your case, irrespective of PD. It\'ll get approved only when your PD gets current.
