INS Online is working. I checked this morning and it had "Processing resumed blah blah blah". I checked this evening and it had changed to RFE issued message on September 25th i.e. today. Who receives the RFE, lawyer or myself.

I had a RFE issued on sept 4 (and assuming he is telling the truth), the lawyers only got it yesterday (after I asked him about it after checking the online status).
So remeber to be patient. It may be a couple of weeks till your lawyer gets it.

The RFE was for employment verfication letter. I am sending it out today. I hope my case gets approved quickly after they receive the letter. Thanks for all your good wishes and hope the best for everyone on this board.
