Our online status says that on Dec 23rd request for additional info ----------------. How long will it take for us to get this RFE by mail . Will I receive it or is it only the lawyer who receives it.

and generally your lawyer will receive your RFE by 2 weeks

The notice of RFE will be mailed only to th attorney. It takes around one week. If you have not received it within 2 weeks, it means there is something wrong and you have to call the 800 number.

My case

For me, the online message indicated the letter was mailed out on 12/9 and my attorney received on 15th. But considering the busy holiday season, it may take longer now.
