Hi all:
I have been a browser on this board for a long time and appreciate all the information provided by everyone. Recently my status has changed to RFE sent and they are asking Employment letter, W2, tax returns and paystubs. I have been with the same company same client for all the while with similar job responsibilities. I will appreciate if someone can help me with this -
1) Do we need to mention current salary in the employment letter?
2)If yes, does it matter if I have a much higher salary ( 80%) compared to what I had in my Labor approval.
