RFE received

Hi all:

I have been a browser on this board for a long time and appreciate all the information provided by everyone. Recently my status has changed to RFE sent and they are asking Employment letter, W2, tax returns and paystubs. I have been with the same company same client for all the while with similar job responsibilities. I will appreciate if someone can help me with this -
1) Do we need to mention current salary in the employment letter?
2)If yes, does it matter if I have a much higher salary ( 80%) compared to what I had in my Labor approval.

1) don't mention, ask your employer to give a letter showing your job title, skills which you are working and ask him to mention he is using the same skills and job level for the current work.

2) it is big difference 80% means, so it is better not to mention, send the docuements what ever they asked and wait.

Also ask your attorney for suggestion. I am not that much in this matters, so please check with other RFE users and posts.

Is there anything you think which may trigger the RFE? How many pay-stubs they are asking for? Did you change your address? How about your passport? Is it still valid? I just try to figure out what could trigger RFE. Thank you and hope you get the approval soon.
 
Hi guys:

The only thing that I can think of that might have triggered the RFE is my fingerprinting was done exactly one year before the day RFE date.
Anyway, the RFE is from Evelyn Upchurch and asks for employment letter and corroborating evidence like pay stubs, income tax returns with W-2's and other evidence. Does anyone have any experience with this lady?. Please share your experience.

It is amazing to see that TSC director is processing your case herself and asking so many support material like CSC does without any reason!
 
Its not that the dirctor is opening ones file ar has opened the files they have a commom letter for rfe only the additional documents required are chnaged by the officer acc to the case:)
 
Wanted to check if the RFE received by anyone on this board was sent by Evelyn Upchurch, the Director of TSC. Mine is, so I was wondering.
