RFE received Today ( RD: 09-07-2001)

Hello all

My Lawyer received RFE today and he called to inform me that i have to redo my medicals and some form has changed..

Everything else is fine.

All they need is Medicals again. What a pain.

Can i go to the same doctor and request him to issue the same again?

Any suggestions....

You sure can use the same doctor again.

What was the issue with your medicals? Were they submitted
incomplete?

Unless there was an issue, you really shouldn't have to give them again..Does your RFE indicate why?
 
Para legal said the form sent was old form

Paralegal informed me that the form sent to INS was old form and they need in the new form. I dont know what they meant.

But i am still waiting to see the RFE notice which she said will be scanning and emailing it to me today.
 
Old Forms

Thanks for sharing the info.

There have been more than a few approvals where the RD>1year, and the RDs were in August 2001. What is confusing is that if there was an old fom being used, then people who got their medicals done earlier in time would likely be affected.

But, these guys sailed through without a hitch.

Or could it be an issue of specific doctors using an old form...

Can someone on this board share their thoughts / experiences.

Just received a copy of RFE. Para legal was spanish and confused me...

Well this is my RFE:
My Physician did not accompanied the supplemental form stating that i dont need the vaccines stated like Polio.......... because of .......

And INS wants this form along with the medicals.

By the way, he did not send the supplemental form to I-693.

U just need to send the forms that were allowed the day U submitted UR application...

U should be fine, once U have submitted UR supplemental forms...

Great...One more on his way to approval....U got a break in UR WAIT...
So lets start waiting once AGAIN...
 
Please help. What are these supplemental forms?

And where can i get them? Will the physician know what supplemental forms are?
 
Doc shud Know..

The doc shud surely know abt it....
Search on google, showed that most INS doc's sites talk abt it...
 
what a pain.....

skn2k...........I am still waiting for my RFE notice..... AVM says it was mailed out on 09/19. Any idea by when can I expect it?

My RD and EAC # match your's.... Wondering that same @#$@# picked my file too :eek:

Will post once i receive the details........
