RFE received - Suggestion/Help

Here is my case.. Need your advice/help.


My wife is a primary candidate and she received a RFE asking to provide Pay Stubs, W2 and Tax details till date since her last lawful entry into this Country

She is here in this country from Feb '98 and started working from May '98 till Jun 2001 - having all the pay stubs and W2 and TAx details.

From July 2001 due to high risk in her Preganancy she didn't go to work and had baby in Nov '2001. She was in hospital in Bed Rest for 5 weeks before delivering baby and our premature baby
(7 weeks early) was in hospital for 3 weeks after she was born. After that she didn't go to work till Feb 2003. She started working from Mar 2003 to till date and having pay stubs for the last 4 months.

She also submitted a leave of absence during the period she didn't work.

Meantime in Dec 2001 we filed our 485 and received EAD for both of us in Jan '2002. She changed her status from H1B to EAD then onwards.

We are yet to talk with the Attorney about this.

I would like to have your suggestion or any of you had similar situtation and how your presented your case with INS.

Your suggestion is highly appreciated.
 
Yes they asked Employer letter too..


How is the primary applicant now?

Still she is employed by the same employer and working for the last 4 months and having the pay stubs...

if you meant to ask about her health - Now she is doing alright and she was going to the Doctor for Medical Advise for her various health conditions during the year 2002.

I am sorry, I meant "who" (big typo mistake) is the primary

applicant, got little bit confused by the last post there.
I have these fat fingers today.

Glad everything is ok now.

I think doctor's letter and paystubs to fill in between the gaps after EAD should be enough, that should fill the explanation on w-2's also.
