RFE received. Pls Help

Hi! All,

I've received a RFE for empoloyer Letter, Birth Certificate and last 6 pay stubs.

I need a favour from you guys for Employer letter. Could you please give me the format of the employer Letter. My RFE says...

"Please Submit an update Original Letter on Company Letterhead from your current employer stating your date of Hire, Duties, Remuneration and Prospect for continued employment".

FYI: I've changed employer after 180+ days on I-485.

I have already posted it here a few times

also, try to get the skillset /job description from the original LC filing and if desired, add the new ones on to that (presuming you are working on something different now) - lesser reason for questioning.

I was in the exact same spot - I sent the letter from the new employer.

If you cant find it, let me know - maybe I still have a copy somewhere..

AnotherGCApplic: Thanks! a lot for your suggestion. I've added a little bit of new skills from the time my Labor was filed. So I'm thinking to add all the skills which I've till now. Actually I don't know what skills were used when my Labor was filed. Since my Ex-employer was an American, I guess he should have used the skills which i really have. I don't have a copy of my Labor and my employer will never give me a copy of it. I tried to search in DOL site but I could not find any details of my skills in the site. Though I found other details.

Do u know how to find out the skills?

I dont really know where else to find that information

but its OK - I listed 3 of the 11 skills that were in the LC - the rest were new - if questioned - i was going to say - "you dont expect me to survive on the same skills for ever - I have improved on them".

but here is the thing - mostly they just want to make sure of the prospect for employment - we are usually just very careful.

in summary, just recollect what you were working on at that time, put them in along with the new ones.
 
guys - thank you all very much for the discussion on this thread. I have seen online that I have been issued an RFE. This discussion is definitely helping me preparre for it (I am pretty sure the RFE will be on Employment stuff).

ThakurSahab: Earlier I've submitted my birth certificate to BCIS, obtained from Indian Ambassy but it seems it is not Acceptable. So now I've to submit the Affidavait of BirthCertificate obtained from India.
