RFE received:please help

Hi gurus,

The attorney finally received my RFE on saturday the 11th Dec. The RFe asks for a employement letter from current/prospective employer. The paralegal says she also wants a letter from my past company who sponsored my GC. The current employer has agreed to give me a letter. I dont know why the paralegal wants a letter from my former employer. Guys let me know your thoughts.

Had you filed AC21. If filed when do u filed ur AC21. When do u changed ur employer? Can you give more details?

I didnt submit AC21. I changed employer in July03. Hope this helps
