I just spoke to my lawyer, and VSC wants
1. Immunization records for both me and my wife
2. Biographic Update - G325-A for both me and my wife
3. Letter of employment
4. My lawyer want to throw in W2 for last 3years, 3 recent pay stubs

Did you enclosed the employment letter and tax return when you filed your I485?

All the documents that INS wants from the RFE was enclosed in our original I-485.
They just want to make sure that I am still with the same company.
The doctor I think messed up on the Immunization records.
Keepin fingers crossed.
