My lawyer received a RFE today for my case -
2 years\'s W2
and last 4 pay stubs.

PD 06/00
EB2 RIR /India
485 RD: 03/01
485 ND: 04/01
EAD & AP received in June/July
FP: scheduled for 8/16/01, done on 8/5/01
RFE received: 10/30/01

I don\'t know, I haven\'t been able to get through to the AVM recently

Yes, I believe so. It was sent directly from my HR to my lawyer, I didn\'t see it.

Need some info.... on your RFE

Hi h12h1xfer ,

My WAC# is 01-150-xxxxx. AVM says they have sent a RFE on 10/20. But neither my lawyer not myself received it. My lawyer has changed the address so the address on the file and the current address for my lawyer are different. also my lawyer did not get 485 RD notice, EAD approval or Parole approval notices. So I am fearing that my RFE is lost some how through mail or some way. When i asked in INS by calling up, they say they cannot tell what is the RFE about ? they cannot change the address unless the lawyer calls. So could you please tell me to which address we should send the documents/additional evidence requested ? ie. the INS address ? could you give me that info this forum or you can email me at sraos@hotmail.com
