RFE received :Missing salary slip 2 weeks

RFE Issued 10th May.

My lawyer received RFE and INS has asked for 3 recent Pay stubs and last 2 years of W2.

I was laid off on 22nd Februray from my last job but was fortunate to find another job with in 2 weeks. Since, I have 2 weeks of missing salary slips... what should I do.

Is there anyone with similar case.

Please advice.
 
If you are asked for only 3 recent pay-stubs.......

.... then you need to send only 3 pay-stubs. If you are paid every 15 days, you can send the April 15, April 30, May 15 pay stubs. If you are paid monthly, wait till you get May 31 pay stub and then submit the March, April & May paystubs. Remember, you have 90 days to respond to the RFE.

Wait till you get three paystubs and then respond to the RFE. You have 90 days. Don\'t panic. The situation is in your control now that you have a job.
