Lawyer called today. Received RFE to produce the following -
[1] Letter from Employer and copies of all approved H1's for myself
[2] Medical(Wife could not complete all tests due to pregnancy)
and copies of all approved H4's for my wife

Why H-1 approval notices

Have you changed your status from H-4 to H-1 in the past, Do you have any idea why they asked for past H-1 approval notices.. my RFE asked for past approval notices along with W-2s, employment letter and tax returns..

I have been on H1 all the time. I have no idea why they asked for H1 approval notices. Infact they asked for all H4 approval notices of my wife also. We have never been on out of status.

Also wanted to let all know that the Web still shows the old message - On June 3rd, the results of your finger print ...............
neither the phone message has changed.
