RFE Received-Help Please

I just received the RFE information from my attorney. Looks like
The labor cert was for a bachelor's degree while we filed it as requiring a Masters. Is it going to be a big problem. Is somebody have similar situation before. Can somebody help me on this.

Can you please give more details about the rfe?? Are you saying that a bachelor's degree was required and you have a masters..if that is the case it should not be a problem..right?? i am in a similar position..let me know

No. Attorney applied by mistake 140-EB2 where as it should be EB3 according labor Certification.
